過濾碟片的清洗再生

2015年初期已經建成年清洗能力達到5萬片的自動化清洗中心。接受PET類客戶自己已經清洗多次并即將報廢的碟片和PP及PE客戶未清洗過的碟片的清洗業務。清洗費用為新碟片價格的四分之一至二分之一。

We have built an automatic cleaning center with cleaning capacity of 50,000 discs in the early 2015. We can clean PET discs which have been washed many times and is about to scrap, and PP and PE discs which has not been cleaned before. The cleaning expense is about a quarter to one half price of the new disc.

工作流程（從接收到送還大約35天）

收貨--第一次分解（物理或化學）--機械分解--二次處理（物理或化學）---檢測---恢復率確認---機械組裝--無塵包裝---發貨

Receiving - first decomposition (physical or chemical) - mechanical breakdown - secondary processing (physical or chemical) - test - recovery rate confirmation - mechanical assembly - dust-free packing - shipment
